words of wisdom from my honey:

we call ourselves Christians but have no compassion. we blame our gay and lesbian brothers and sisters for the breakdown of the family structure, but we get drunk, beat our women and children, and look at porn behind closed doors. we look at the unemployed, homeless, and poor, call them lazy, and say they deserve what they get, but we do nothing to change their situation. we judge a person's worth by the color of their skin. we bring our faith into our politics, but we fail to bring our love to the streets. we look at other religions and call them evil, but we kill millions in war. so where is the love that Christ asked us to show?

happy tears

Oh, girl, get your Kleenex already. I know I said it was going to be a good news kind of month, so why in the world would I be telling you that you need a tissue? Well, sometimes good news comes in packages that make you a little teary. Just ask my kids. I think it's their goal to make me cry by doing something nice for me. LOL. I know that sounds a little weird, but that's okay...I love them for it!
