If you haven't already seen this video, better find another tissue first. This young man demonstrates such grace and maturity--it just touches something deep down in me. I love that all he says about it is that he was raised to do the right thing. Yes, he was. *huge sigh* Just a lovely way to end the eveing.

This book is fascinating! I grew up about thirty miles from where this author grew up, and my dad worked at the Rocky Flats plant for a time - but I have no idea what he did there. He never spoke about it to me.
The subject matter is intense, and it's a difficult topic to read about, but once I picked it up, I couldn't put it down. It consumed me. I dreamed about it for three nights straight until I had finished it.
Rachel Bertsche asks why women will happily announce they need a man but are embarrassed to admit they need a BFF, and writes about her search for her new BFFs. It's tough out there. I love the book so far.
